"They need to write their orders down....Too many mistakes...We ordered 2 medium lamb packs. One minus cauliflower, scalloped potato, peas and onion. Add sweetcorn. Got no sweet corn. The other with scalloped potato , minus pumpkin, cauliflower, onion, Add roast potato. This came with no scalloped potato. We also ordered and paid for a slice of lemon meringue pie. THERE WERE TWO SLICES IN THE DISPLAY CABINET. When it came time to collect the order both slices of lemon meringue were missing from the display...and they had to give us our money back. I paid $36.80 and got $6 back for the pie, so I don't actually know WHAT I paid for. This is not the first time they have made mistakes...and it's the last time we will be there.

"if i could give 0 stars, i would. ordered two meals from here, read the entire meal out word for word. they have no chicken, that’s fine, they have no rolls, that’s fine. took the order home, they gave us one completely wrong order, called to explain, that’s fine, went in and was greeted by a completely rude staff member who made us feel like we did the wrong thing and that we gave her the wrong information. i read the entire order to her and she rolled her eyes and started making the order again. the entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and upsetting to say the least. will not return.

"Chicken strips were small, very dry and coating was very hard and leathery not to mention expensive at $3.20 a piece...very dissapointing
